What is the working principle of the fine grinding mill?

When working, the main motor drives the main shaft and the turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway. After the large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by the hammer crusher, they are sent to the storage bin by the elevator, and then through the vibrating feeder and the inclined feed pipe, the material is evenly sent to the bulk material plate on the upper part of the turntable. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is scattered to the circumference, and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring to be impacted, rolled and ground by the ring roller. After being processed by the three-layer ring channel, it becomes a powder. The high-pressure fan sucks the external air into the machine through suction, and brings the crushed material into the powder selector. The rotating impeller in the powder selector makes the coarse material fall back and re-grind, and the fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow and is discharged from the discharge valve at the bottom as the finished product, while the air flow with a small amount of fine dust passes through the pulse dust collector and is discharged through the fan and muffler.
